Products must be unused, in original packaging, returned within 7 days, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Use the returns process on the platform where you purchased (Flipkart or Meesho). Go to My Orders → Return/Replace.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
