Enquiry & Requirements
Share your specifications — style, size range, quantity, target price point and any customisation requirements. We respond within 24 hours with initial guidance and a sampling timeline.
Sampling
We produce a sample pair within 7–10 days. You review fit, finish, materials and branding details. Revisions can be made before sign-off. Bulk production only begins after your sample approval.
Bulk Production
Bulk manufacturing takes 3–4 weeks from sample approval. Quality checks are conducted at every stage — materials, stitching, sole bonding and finishing — before packing and dispatch.
Delivery
Pan-India logistics to all major cities. COD available for verified trade partners. We provide tracking details and support throughout the delivery process to ensure your order arrives on time.

OEM Manufacturing FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for OEM shoe manufacturing?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 300 pairs per style for OEM shoe manufacturing. This applies across all footwear categories including sneakers, school shoes, PVC loafers, sandals and women's flats. For fully custom designs based on your own specifications, the MOQ is 500 pairs.
Do you offer private label / white label footwear manufacturing?
Yes, Danma offers complete private label and white label footwear manufacturing. We handle everything — from design sampling and material selection through to bulk production, logo embossing, custom colour variants and branded packaging — all under your brand name.
What types of shoes can you manufacture under OEM?
We manufacture canvas lace-up and slip-on sneakers, PVC rubber loafers, open-toe sandals, school shoes (PVC rubber, monsoon-ready) and women's PVC flat shoes. Custom silhouettes based on your own design brief are also available with a minimum of 500 pairs per style.
What materials do you use in manufacturing?
We work with PVC rubber, canvas, synthetic leather uppers, rubber soles and foam insoles. All materials are selected for durability and performance in Indian conditions, including monsoon-resistant construction where required. Material substitutions based on your specifications are accommodated during the sampling stage.
How long does the OEM production process take?
The sampling stage takes 7–10 working days from the date we receive your complete specifications. Once you approve the sample, bulk production takes 3–4 weeks with quality checks throughout. Total lead time from enquiry to delivery is typically 5–7 weeks depending on order size and any revisions during sampling.
Can you add custom branding, logos, or packaging?
Yes. We offer logo embossing on the shoe upper, heel counter and sole, as well as custom colour variants and lace options. Branded insoles and custom retail or institutional packaging are also available. All branding details are finalised and confirmed at the sampling stage before bulk production begins.
Do you supply pan-India?
Yes, we supply pan-India to all major cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow and beyond. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and trackable delivery. COD is available for verified trade partners.
